A nice coin with a great portrait! Here’s my sestertius. There’s some mineralization that I wish could go away but I’m not going to mess with it.

    Wonderful examples posted!

I'm pretty short when it comes to Roman coins, but here's what I have for Marcia Otacilia Severa.

Marcia Otacilia Severa, AE 27, Coele-Syria, Damascus, 244-49 AD.
    17.55 grams

Fortuna on reverse, seated above facing left, with what appears to be a fan club of Tyches below.

Rough surfaces and corrosion. A pretty scarce coin, though.

Marcia Otacilia Severa Sestertius, 248 AD.
    RIC 200a
    13.6 grams

This is a lower weight example.

Also an Antoninianus with Concordia. The reverse is not as well struck as the obverse:
Rome, 247 AD, (7th Issue, 4th Officina) struck under the authority of Philip the Arab

RIC IV Part iii Philip I 126; Cohen 17; Sear (RCV 2000 Edition, Nr. 9149); Kampmann 75.1

Ob.: M OTACIL SEVERA AVG diademed, and draped bust right on crescent; hair weaved in straight lines and rows with long plait carried up the back of head
Rev.: CONCORDIA AVGG ("The empress and emperor endeavor as one in agreement") Concordia seated left, holding patera and single cornucopia, altar before.
