    Hello everyone,
    Welcome back to Cointalk!

Last Saturday I did a 3 hour metal detecting hunt at a local park. Didn't expect to find much but I found my first Susan B. Anthony Dollar with my new NOKTA Legend.

    Hello PM98,
I have enjoyed following your metal detecting adventures, having given it up lo' many years ago.
I do recall digging a stack of 3 SBA $$ and all were as unatractive as yours. (IMO,
Even mint, SBA's wouldn't launch too many ships, beauty-wise.)
Give me a 'Mercury' dime any day,
    J.T.

I don't remember if you ever found any old buttons when you metal detected?

I have a whole box of treats. Plus, I have a can full of common ones from the 1800's. Notice the General Officer's button in the middle. Can you ID the #85 button? It has a strange type of loop.
