Opinions on NTC 2?

    Irrelevant, if any coin they ever assign a grade to is one they own and sell, they're not a third-party grader anymore, even if they do some third-party grading on the side. Just like a judge doesn't qualify as impartial just because he only takes bribes sometimes.

    It is total waste of money to send coins to these "fourth world" grading services. They don't even qualify is "third world" grading services.

    Correct. It can't be in the title of the listing.

    The thing I'd worry about regarding the original post, is ever seeing the coin again. They might not even exist anymore.
