    It could be 23-A, This would be an earlier die stage, There isn't a die crack at the I and Wheat tips. I am having a hard time finding a clashed S, The other Pick ups are there. But there is also plenty that is missing.

    The 23A is also known for being DMPL.
    The discovery coin is a NGC MS64 DPL.
