Supposing this were natural toning and it looked like this, how would it market grade? Eye-movement through the coin is a big factor, too.
I hope that question wasn't for me. I have no idea. I have a lot of graded coins that make me scratch my head on how they got under or over graded. All I can figure is some get graded on eye appeal while others get graded on a technical basis for being more flawless, luster be damned. Heavily toned coins completely baffle me. I don't find them particularly attractive. Very few of them are truly rainbow toned, which ARE attractive. I hope someone will answer your question.
