Unique torch 1968

    to the uninformed public, any coin that looks a bit off must be an error...

    I think because of the handle of the torch it's different from the original one.

    To the uninformed public, anyone who doesn't have a basic understanding of the minting process is likely to find lots and lots of errors.

    First, welcome to the neighborhood!

    The "handle" as you call it is known as the "fasces". Unfortunately, what you think looks unusual is probably nothing more than post-mint damage (PMD).
