Hello, what if the misalign is not just miscut but on the other side it is not aligned or cut correctly as you stated?

I actually have a 1985 $10 dollar bill which is cut correctly on one side and the back side is off kilter at the bottom and to one side?

If the bill is cut correctly on one side and the back side is off kilter at the bottom and to one side then you have a misaligned back side note. It has nothing to do with cutting. A picture would help greatly. If it looks like ZoidMeister's picture it is a misaligned first printing.
