1964 D Kennedy Half TDO Initials?

This looks like at least a TDO. Maybe QDO? The 1964's have a lot of varieties, but I don't really see any doubling on anything else.

Those marks, whatever they might be, are quite common on the 1964 Kennedy Halves that I own (Both P and D). More than half of them have the marks.

After making this observation, I'd have to say that, regardless of what they are, there is no premium associated with them.
