The lighting is too direct to give a good opinion. Can you back it off and get the glare off of it? My current thought is that I see no doubling at all...
These help? Still not very good buts should be able to see doubling on o in Monticello, s in cents and united.
Sorry, I'm not seeing it, but I'd say the photos are the biggest hindrance. It's hard to get good photos sometimes but these are unclear.
