Possible Error? (looking for opinions)

It almost looks like there's another head inside of it. I'm just curious if this is a possible error. No apparent errors on other side.

    It's clear dried adhesive on the surface.

    Not a mint error of any kind.

    Yeah, figured as much lol. throw it in with my weird coins that have no value. Thanks guys!


    I'm looking through coins that I've let pile up over the years in my collection, so I may be posting more stuff.
