    Yuppirs! There is a pretty obvious high curve at the right, and what looks like machining attempts south of it.

    I'm thinking 19 as well. Could be some struck thru grease.

    Look at the base of the shoulder. If you see a VDB there it's certainly 1918 or later.

    Thank you for the reply's
    I'm looking harder now at the reverse. Same area flipped. The top of the E is almost gone and the word UNUM sits very high on the rim and is poorly struck as well.
    Back on the obverse the I in Liberty ???

    I agree that I think it's 1919 and it is a mix of grease filled die and PMD. It's so worn it's really hard to tell...
