It looks like my dime is in the stage after yours, seeing the cud on Roosevelt's head is absent on yours.
@JoshuaP & @Heavymetal Nice finds guys.. It is known as a Bi-Level Die Crack information here - Bi-Level Die Cracks (error-ref.com)
Since the fracture line is stepped and extends from one point on the rim to another point on the rim, it would be classified as a retained cud of the anvil (obverse) die. However, like most retained cuds, the part of the die demarcated by the crack was almost certainly still physically attached to the rest of the die neck.
