I purchased a copy of the book directly from Mr. Cronin. It is very detailed and informative. Now if I could just find one of those nickels.

I hope to buy the book soon. I'm glad to see someone that can be trusted, put it all in print. I don't trust much of what some have posted on the internet.
I have saved a large amount of nickels in this date range. It's going to be a fun search.

Looks like I'm behind the times. Oh, well.
I'm still voting for Nixon this fall.

@paddyman98 When you get a chance, in my opening post
I listed a second website. Click on it and the last article might
    be of interest to you.

I found the most common Henning in a bag of nickels I bought when my LCS closed. It is the 1944 no MM variety. I stopped looking after this. Just not lucky enough to find another.

They used to be cheap. I remember I bought one at a Hacketstown, New Jersey Coin Club show for $1 in the mid 1970s. That was probably too much.

The Hackettstown Coin Club is still holding these shows. There is one this Sunday (6/9) in Flemington, NJ.

I keep my eyes open whenever I'm searching nickels, but not found one yet. But I definitely look carefully for these!
