    Box of Halves:
    4 90%
    12 40%

So I had my girlfriend go to this one bank to get me a box of halves. I obviously gave her the money. That was yesterday and it was a skunk. Today, I had a co-worker go get me a box at the same bank. That is what produced the results above! My biggest score out of 1 box ever. I texted my girlfriend the pictures and she asked me to get her a box. I knew I should go to the bank I just got the score at but I was tempted to get that myself since it hit today. Anyways, since I had not shown my face for a box I manned up, and got the box for her. Hopefully she hits tonight. Below is my score!

Did you note if the box was numbered? How's the time to try and increase your box search chances are other similar box numbers have halves as well. Usually means a dump when that many show up

Recently I have been really busy so I have been able to post finds. Two weeks ago I found a buffalo nickel with a partial date and I found a 1938 Jefferson nickel.

I was totally pumped. My girlfriend got nothing in her box though. Wondering how I got three boxes from the same bank in 2 days and one had 16 silvers and the others were duds. Also, want to find a way to keep my girlfriend into this. She's gotta hit something soon. She's done 4 boxes this week and got nothing.

There may be a 4 digit stamp on the bottom of the box.

If they were Loomis boxes on the flap, not the side with holes. If no number it may be an older box, which was a bonus. I've noted some boxes I get have inspection stamps, usually skunks, others with just a four digit number usually have something, no numbers is mixed. I just try to figure out if there is a pattern to why some boxes are like this and others have absolutely nothing.

Final three boxes from Loomis this week, all good no skunks.
    22-(65-69) kennedys
    4- Franklins
    3- 64 Kennedys
    1980s
And a crazy 1983P plated and stamped with 1960 1980 don't even know what to do with it

This week was really good. 42- 40s and 21-90s out of 7 Loomis boxes

    I've done 4 boxes; and 5 and 6 I get today. Hopefully I can score some more. I'm at 4 90%ers and 13 40%ers for the week.

  20. Looking through my nickel rolls. I've found lots of 1964's, a couple of 55's, and this well traveled 42. I know it is just wear but no rim on obverse? It is interesting.
