Lotta wear…affecting the lips…kinda like a snarl or a sneer. AU50-53, seems the same on both sides. Have you checked it for varieties?…imo…Spark

I have started to on the error-ref.com & wexlers I believe it is and I googled it and I haven't found anything yet. I know from what I have been learning by reading the printing process over and over again and pics of varieties it doesn't appear to me to be pmd I could be wrong but I been really trying to learn all about this and searching for varieties to match with my coin, just found nothing yet.

It looks like a circulation hit from another coin on the upper lip.

Saying it in gentlemanly fashion, it’s “minting” not “printing”.

Currency is printed with ink. Coins are “struck” at the Mint ( even though the machine that strikes them is called a “stamping press” or used to be ).

Using the right terminology helps solidify thought processes and supports your credibility as a collector. In the future you will be helping others do the same.

Trying hard not to be overly critical, but the two processes are entirely different.

BTW, I gave you a like because your pictures are excellent…

    ZoidMeister Hamlet Squire of Tomfoolery . . . . .

I would be more concerned about the Mowry warrior leading his troop of turtles on the reverse . . . .
