1971 S penny with Die Chip?

    Take a look at this coin, I took it to my local coin shop, the guy said it looks like a typical Die Chip. I disagree, because it looks too defined to be typical. The lines of the "chip" are straight, whereas everything I've read about die chips, they are mostly blob like. It's not damage, because it's so defined, it almost looks like part of a Y under the T in STATES. I don't know what to think.

    Grab some dip…. Definitely a chip, might even be two chips. The one attached to the vertical of the T is a chip for sure. The diagonal one I can’t tell. Will need either a better picture of it or one of the more experienced eyes around here to tell.

    It's just a weird die chip. I've seen stranger ones than that.
