Through an odd coincidence, I am being offered a 1903-O MS-65 (NGC) Morgan for $750.00…… I hate to turn away a good deal, however I am not a dedicated Morgan guy and besides….. I have rather exceeded my coin budget lately. By a lot….. So I want to ask the Morgan guys. Am I a fool to walk away?
slightly high if anything.. lists for 700 on ngc for ms65.... PL or DPL however would be a different story entirely

Based on the Heritage results and greysheet numbers that @Dima quoted above, the price seems fair (assuming the coin has at least average eye appeal-nothing negative like spots/unattractive toning). It is less than you would pay for one at auction or from a dealer. And it might be in the ballpark of what a dealer might offer (in the 10-15% under sheet range).
I appreciate much everyone. I hate to walk away from a good deal. Even a good deal that I don’t want or need. I am walking away from this one. Thanks again.

Double check the serial number on the slab and make sure it's real and that the coin matches the one you see in the photo. There are fake coins in fake slabs these days.
We'd really have to see it, some at the grade are better than others at the grade, and vice versa. There may be a reason it's $750, which, as was said, is a little over "book," let's call it. Unless it's a dog at 65NGC, you're not being hoodwinked at $750, Randy, if that's what you're asking.
