Looks as though it could be a fouree, any other signs?

Yeah it's gotta be Fouree. That's why no NGC. Heritage has it up for auction and I have a bid in. How do I withdraw a bid on Heritage?

I'd try to contact them as @Pishpash suggests and you may try to lower your bid if it's still in excess of the current bid...Fourree's (if that's what it is) are still ancient and many of us collect a few at the right price.

You could also simply contact them for clarification of the coin while you're at it....

Does Heritage describe it as anything other than a Billon Tetradrachm??? Those were made with substantial reductions of silver (hence billon) and contain far more base metal than the typical 'good silver' issues of about 90%.

BTW: Here's an example I have had for years of a Tet of Nero from Antioch:

Pardon the crappy photo, my example is actually far more 'silvery' in appearance, as you might expect, but I would obviously consider your example to be superior.....

That's such a terrific coin Pish!!! And such an incredible bargain!!!

I purchased my sole example at FORVM late last year, but it was nearly $200.00 shipped...and had Pax on the reverse, not a terrific galley---RIC 90:
