bought this for $20. what is it?

Greetings from Michigan!
i'm a 38yr old Morgan Collector but I ran into this piece at a show. Was presented in a hard plastic holder and sealed in a dog eared plastic pouch. Bought it only because I found it to be odd yet in very outstanding condition.

A nice conversation piece to hold onto or should I take it to a local casino and see if I can get a Billion in chips for it?

A 1 billion mark from westfalen depicting minister Boron Von Stein...nice notgeld (german inflationary local mintage) coinage. Nice condition and the price is right.

Very interesting coin, with nice image of horse. At least it worth more of paper issued then.

 

at the time this was issued...1 billion marks was worth less than 1 USD
