GTG 1837 reeded 1/2 dollar

been after a nice reeded edge for a while now. Though almost all of them are so so overpriced (30% or more over list for most it seems) found this one, I liked the coin, the price and the grade (ok the price was a hair high, but he accepted my offer so I'm happy lol)

VF-35. It’s odd that most of these seem to be seem to grade Choice VF or better. It’s been like that since I was in high school in the 1960s.
