Coins you would never buy raw without authentication?

According to conversations I've had, not any long-time professionals at the TPGS's. I cannot speak for the rookie hires as I know few of them.

Good to know. Many years ago, the "NCIC" was the Fed's "National Crime Information Center" database for stolen vehicles, boats, planes, etc. Anything that had a VIN#, Serial # etc. Kinda cool so many years later seeing this. thanks
