I thought that was the case. When I put this contest in my wife said "how in the world is a person going to guess the two states?". One of the things I mentioned was the old post or second, if you look at the proof quarters that were with MN's...........

Great contest .. nothing like checking the NGC pop report of P/UC's to realize how 'not so rare' these are, huh ... I'm going for North Dakota and South Dakota.
