Not to beat a dead horse here (I see a few GTG's of late) but here's my first GTG for you all. Winner(s) will get a virtual high-5 from me, probably in GIF format. Good luck!

64PL. Not bothered by the hairlines and smudging, comes with these PL surfaces. It’s the same on the impaired proofs. On a normal strike you wouldn’t have much of that.

No winner(s) yet! I'll reveal tonight, or tomorrow morning if I don't get around to it. All good guesses though!

Is it a 64 no PL?
Am I allowed to put in two guesses?

I don't see why not. This is kinda fun actually. I do enjoy seeing everyone's guesses, comparing them to my own prior sending out, and waiting for the reveal. Have a 2nd guess at it!

Same here. Plus I'm no good at this. :D I don't see enough baggage to bring it down to 63. The obverse is pretty dang good.

I had personally anticipated a higher grade than this, but I show you the elusive AU-58. More pictures of the slab to follow, sometime tomorrow.

Not wanting to toot a horn or anything, I voted a slider, there is a dullness to the luster, the whites aren't as brillaint and the depths of the fields just don't seem as dark. That is the elusive coin that PCGS and NGC have been trying to eliminate for a good 10 15 years.

    You have a perty coin!
