I had the same thought. It's interesting how we have two different posts with what seems like the same characteristics.
I can accept that. There’s little damage to it, most of it is just toning and luster scars, though there’s a lot of it. In hand they discern that the best because they can tilt the coin in the light and get all of the different angles on it.
MS-61. It's got a lot of marks on the cheek. The reverses are almost always better on these and many coins. I would wager that this was one of those pieces that didn't have "Uncirculated" on the holder when it was in its GSA home.
