More OMS Joy: 1967 Great Britain Penny Struck in Copper-Nickel!

This is one of my favorite OMS coins, other than the 1963 halfcrown in copper. It is a 1967 Penny struck on the flans for the florin and weighs in at 11.3 gms.
The cartwheel lustre in hand is phenomenal, and no hairlines to speak of & well struck. GTG if you'd like:

Well it graded 64. I really am not feeling that and even in hand it looks the 66/7 grade.

 

What does OMS mean?

 

OMS = "Off Metal Strike" - when a coin is struck on a flan of the wrong metal type.

 

Sure, as heck doesn't look 64 to me.
