Not sure if I have posted this $1 Silver Certificate yet or not. I'm looking for your thoughts on it. Cool, or Meh? Regrets for the not so good photos.

@Willysilver have you found one of these?

I'm primarily looking for opinions of estimated value. Thanks in advance.

Not really a cutting error. A reverse printing error. The cut is fine, the reverse was printed off center.

This one should have ended up as a star note.

    Cool note!
I have handled quite a few of these.
Here is one that I have listed on the bay.

As for value of your note, it's worth $100 +/-, retail would be about $120.

I have an older silver certificate with a similar type of off center first printing error. The X prefix indicated an experimental run. The XB, YB, had different cotton and linen content, and the ZB run was the control. I can't find anything on the XA run. I have similar and more dramatic examples on FRNs.

I found a similar bill that sold on fleaBay for $84. It is from the same series, but nowhere nearly as nice as this one. How much does it cost to get a bill "certified", and is it worth the effort?
