Okay, long story short, I got a call from a older lady that I've bought from off Craigslist (she replied to one of my ads) who had some more coins that she found that were her husband's who passed away last year. It was only $12 fv of wheats and some framed coin sets. I paid $60 for it all and I will be posting what I got for that 60 bucks in this thread. Enjoy... 2redcentsOBV.JPG 2redcentsREV.JPG 35&44OBV.JPG 35&44REV.JPG 1860OBV.JPG 1860REV.JPG 1860side.JPG 1909OBV.JPG 1909REV.JPG redcentsOBV.JPG

Too bad the coins in the frames are all ruined.

Yeah, I realized when I bought them that the coins were plated, but since they're just wall hangers I didn't care.

Sweet! Do you pay by the dollar for such loose change longarm?

What do Mercury dimes have to do with the Pony Express, I wonder?

    Neat stuff, regardless.

This is my best find when searching a bulk Wheat cent lot.

When I found it, I was just happy to see a decent 1914 cent. There was a little blip under the date which caught my attention, but it was just piece of dirty gunk.

However, after I got a wooden toothpick and removed the dirty gunk (which came off fine with no residue)... lo and behold!

PCGS graded it XF40. Not a bad pickup for less than five cents, eh?

That's probably my second-best cherrypick of all time.

I paid $60 for all of it, which wasn't too bad of a deal.

I got onto Craigslist right after reading your post, but nothing interested my "error and varietal cent passion". However, today a man at the barber traded me a jar of pennies for a ciggarette. lol

I post in the collectibles and the WTB section looking to buy and I post in the barter section also, you would not believe what people will trade for gold and silver.
