It's definitely a fun lot for sure. I got this lot from Tom Mullally, from Agora Auctions. I missed being here. Tons of fun!!
Hi Gil, glad to see you around again, i've been a little mia myself, nice group of coins. a little bit of everything. lot of new names and faces, but still a great group of people!!
Yeah, there are a lot of new people here that I've never seen before. Definitely awesome seeing new people collecting ancients.
welcome back GG! that's a fun looking coin lot! i love to get lots like that and figure out what's what.
I enjoy buying lots of unattributed coins (not sure if you got attributions on these) because figuring out what they are is fun and can be challenging.
Nooo, I ain't touching those coins because they don't need to be cleaned. Here are some that need to be cleaned for example.
This lot of 70 uncleaned ancients just arrived in the mail. I got it for 20 bucks 90 percent are common issue small late roman coppers, maybe 10 percent are Gallic/Crisis of third century coins, so nothing impressive, obviously. I'd like some info on the single coin, is it a barbarian copy? Or is it some rare usurpers issue?
