Found another war nickel RPM in a lot of war nickels I bought for $7 per coin. This one is pretty clear cut when you compare my photos with those from Variety Vista.

The mintmark has a slightly clockwise rotation and there are die cracks from the mintmark to the rim, from the mint mark to the dome, and diagonally across the center of the building.

On the obverse, there are two prominent diagnostic die cracks, the first going from the rim through the hair, and the second at the bottom of the coin across the bust.

The obverse of this coin is pretty clean and I grade the coin MS66 which would make it a top pop with a total population of 2.

It is shameful that I never updated this thread with the result, especially since I nailed it.

Funny you seem like such an expert we can all learn a lot from you good luck on those grades they sometimes get them wrong crack them out resubmit to other TPGs like PGCS and NCG if they’re wrong they sometimes are but not all the time but often times good luck it’s good man MS68+ $20,000 no chump change no way.

It isn't for sale, I like making premium gem war nickel RPMs, but I am sure I can get more than $35 for it.

You might be right for the RPM, and it’s a dandy. I just checked the price guide and the coin lists at $32.
