That's a good one and I believe it is one he shows on his site. The site is very informative on the process of making dies.
Sheila... Do you remember when a certain someone suggested you keep an eye out for a certain 1994-P cent displaying a rather significant and interesting anomaly? Whelp, you appear to have done just that... Try 23 and see if she fits.
BJ is one of the nicest guys in the hobby, too, Sheila. You got any questions, email him, you'll see. Nice find.
Sounds like a wise and surely handsome fellow, he does... I'm not sure about what the coin may be worth today, but in years past I felt prices (for this particular variety) achieved were generally under what the significance would suggest (imo). Perhaps things have changed as they've become better known, but either way it's a great and interesting find. And as you've deserved so many times before; a heart-felt congrats to you.
They're all over on the one I mentioned (and assume yours to be) and is what, IMO, makes it so interesting. I bought one years ago that was part of a larger collection, and long before I knew what it actually was. I don't recall ever selling it, so perhaps it's still around here somewhere. I'll have to take a look. They're really neat coins.
I do too.... Perhaps, if you'd like and when you get the chance, posting whole coin photos would be a worthwhile addition to the thread.
