The coins in this style, whether it's the 1, 5, 10, or 20 centavo, are some of my favorite coins for whatever reason. Something about the design just speaks to me. Here is the complete date set, minus varieties which I don't collect. In 1915, there is a regular issue and a smaller Zapata issue, and I have both here. The 1916 is the key date. Some years did not have coins issued.
1942-49. End of the series with this particular design. The 1 centavo was produced until 1973. The last few years are rare.
