To my eye, the obverse is awful and the reverse is barely acceptable. But beauty is in the eye of the beholder and I don't begrudge anyone whatever gets their freak on.
If that's the side you like, here's a BU British version. Of course it has Charlie's mug on the other side (which now becomes the obverse?), but a LOT cheaper. https://www.jmbullion.com/2024-1-oz...XKC0wmWWE4ksMj9bM7TnwzzEKIEUtkBQeNCJKE.WTXR3U
I doubt it. Most "flippables" are coins, not medals. 75,000 is way too high for an "investment grade" medal. I can show your 19th century medals, which are very attractive, with mintages of less than 300 that don't sell for that much.
Kissing fire is the last thing someone would want to do,the obverse design looks like both are seriously high.
Nope. Buy it because you like it. In fact, if you are patient (unlike me) you might be able to pick one up in the aftermarket for less than the mint issue price........
Great call -- thank you! Ordered, plus a few other silver 1 oz from around the world. Appreciate the suggestion
It's a loser. I posted such on the Coinweek's Facebook page feature this coin and my comment was deleted.
