This coin was in a multiple lot that I won recently. No tags or description. After several days I was able to find out that it is from Philadelphia. Philadelphia or Philadelpheia (Ancient Greek: Φιλαδέλφεια), was a town of ancient Cilicia, and later of Isauria. It was located in the interior of Cilicia Aspera, in the Calycadnus valley on the river Calycadnus, above Aphrodisias.
