Early dimes, half dimes, and gold also bore no denomination. This wouldn't have been considered terribly unusual at the time, since British coinage, other than some Maundy coinage, hadn't shown denominations since the 1650s.
Very attractive coin. I'm at 30, I think. Too much wear on the face, hair, and breasts to be any higher.
I grade her VF30 and a very appealing coin - strong reverse with EF 40 details, somewhat weaker obverse.
