yeah I know it does... but the thing is its 24k gold!! j/k hehehe... i'm new enough to collecting I figured i'd get an opinion before casting it away, as a gift to somone perhaps... im thinking maybe slot machine because its too big for your average familyfuncenter type token though.

P91,that video game parlour token is made of brass, which is the wrong colour to be gold.

The right one in the picture is definitely a game token, the other, who knows.
    I'd guess not much.

I found a 1988 Chuckie Cheese's token. It will be worth millions! Haha.

IMHO, it is some kind Patriotic Token! It is hard to tell who it was made by or for what real reason (produced for sell or for giveaway) without a posting for someone that received one from whatever Company or Venue.

By the way, the Date is or should I say (since you sent it to someone you know), was 1776! I could not understand why that it would have a Date of 1778 so I copied and pasted the picture to my PC and increased the image size to check the Date.

I would think that your token is an amusement token, althought it appears to be a relatively recent issue, and my amusement token book was published in 1984. Many amusement tokens had patriotic themes such as this, although I have not seen that particular token before.

The second token that you had is definitely an amusement token, and would be listed as a Manufacturer's Stock Arcade (MSA) token. There were three different diameters issued for the brass varieties, reeded and plain edge, and several combinations of letters (or plain) designating the manufacturer. All possibilities for the second token are rather common, and all listed for $ .25 in the 1984 book, but often these are sold by the pound, not the piece.

A nice but not necessarily valuable token - a patriotic. Dated to early 2000s based on the "Unted We Stand". A future collectable for sure.
