I know this thread has been beat to death, but I was finally able to find Kennedy half rolls, here are my findings:

    1) 1966
    6)1967
    5)1968D
    1)1969D

I searched $210.00 and the third to the last roll I found 4 and the second to the last I found 9, some of them look like they have been left in rusty water 4, the rest look to be normal circs. I know that there not the best finds, but here in Florida panhandle halves are like dirt, non existent.

$80 in Kennedys today. 7 hand rolls, 1 machine roll.

The 7 hand rolls had thirteen 40% and one copper color '73 (not a no clad, but they'r neat lookin') The other is an entire roll of uncirculated '93 D.

    Not too shabby

    50 rolls cents

50 rolls Lincolns from Bank yeilded 3 wheats: 49-s XF, 53-d AU, 58-p vf; $2.21 in pre -82 coppers ; and 2 full sets of (7) 1982cent varietys. Scattered 60's-70-s S mints, maybe a dozen.
I was suprised at the very small percentage of pre 82 cents, WOW. I am starting an empty 5 gallon water jug for the loose cents I have searched and discarded. Any guesses on how much $$$ to fill it?

I tried to fill a jug years ago.
Just be careful, when it gets about five inches high it is heavy.
Mine was glass & the bottom fell out, I tried to lift it by the top.

I have a 5 gal. water jug 6" full and I won't pick it up anymore, the last time I did the vein in my forehead was straining to get out, @ 6" I'm guessing between $150.00 to $200.00.

no way, I did 150$ in a bag in cents the other day and that was totally heavy but much smaller then a full water jug, I am guessing a full sparklets water jug would be abou 500$ in cents

Lets see...if 5 gal is equal to 0.018927059 cubic meters, then that would be about 18 927.058 92 cubic centimeters, and if a penny is about .360 cubic centimeters, then we are talking about 52575 pennies, which is about 525$, however there are air spaces, which I say would be about 1/6 or so? (so then we are talking about anywhere from $430 to $500 depending on the packing density, etc.

picked up $10 in rolls at the local bank today; $8 in Nickels and $2 in Cents.

    Nickels were nothing too special:
    2 - 1941P
    1 - 1949P
    1 - 1958D
    1 - 1987 Canadian

    Cents were a little better:
    2 - 1944P
    1 - 1945D
    1 - 1951D
    1 - 1957D

Not too bad to pick up 5 Wheat cents in four rolls.

I went through a roll of Kennedy halves a couple of weeks ago. I pulled out 7 1997's with the same die crack. I put them in 2x2's but doubt they're worth anything, though.

My cherry pickers guide just arrived today, I look forward to seperating out the Lincoln into years and then doing a close RPM / DD search. I'll keep you posted. I have about $200 in cents now, 7" deep in a 5 gal water container.

    Hah!

Bought $200 in Kennedy halves today at a bank I've visited a couple of times in the past. I think the tellers have become coinsmart... there was some interesting interaction, and my suspect was somewhat confirmed when $190 of sorting turned up only 2- 40%.

Four of the rolls were VERY weathered, account #s scratched & new #s written, tape, and other writing. Three of these had faded ballpoint "1776-1976- KEEP" on them and were of course nothing but '76... the fourth had "1964- KEEP" written

Yep... to my surprise, an entire roll of 1964 silver Kennedys...

    ...YEAH!!!! :)
