I got this yesterday while at work and it looks like a offset ink transfer but im not convinced it is so I need help. I hope it is and if so it would be my first paper money error. As you can see the reverse image appears on the obverse of this note and some of detail of the obverse appears on the reverse. My biggest problem though is that I can see through the note. What I mean by that is I can put something dark behind the note in question and see the images behind it.
