This is a medallion I got in Florence shortly afetr the death of John Paul I. It says 8 K on the back. I have no idea what it's value is or the gold content. Can any one of you help?
Did you try Googling at all? A few minutes' digging around doesn't turn up the actual weight, but it does turn up an ebay.it search-results page indicating that these failed to sell at 15 euros. Another unsold BIN asked 9 euros plus 9 euros for shipping. There was one auction that appeared to list three similar coins; that one did go for 20 euros plus 15 shipping.
