The people who spent your Morgans (actually the ones not saved in MS69) liked ancients better than you do. Below is an advertising token you could get with a catalog for Stearns bicycles in that day (1898). The original it copies makes Morgans look like things to spend on a bicycle. http://www.mfa.org/collections/object/dekadrachm-of-syracuse-with-quadriga-4100 The original was donated to the museum a couple years after they made the tokens. It weights almost 43g but is only 34mm diameter. Being thick works. If you want big coins, try early modern multiple Talers.
