This particular presentation of such an item attached to a beaded necklace has been a thing on ebay for a while. If you search it on ebay you'll see a few. These typically have modern fantasy versions connected. Yours uses an actual design. I believe the US national parks made a copy of similar crudeness a while back.
Personally I feel like this one mid is 20th century or later, a.k.a. modern
