This is an excellent coin for sure and it gets better each time I see it. Speechless.

It looks like before striking, some crud filled up the reverse die in the N at the end of the inscription as well as part of the left leg of the Grace on the right.

Sweet looking coin Zumbly. Been trying to get my hands on a Three Graces coin, but the better examples I see are usually pretty pricey.

Yeah... a Three Graces is on my hit list too... probably on many collectors' lists.

Great coins. I picked up a 3 Graces several years ago when CNG sold the Mark Stahl collection. My coin is in the book, color plates 1 & 2.

I saw another one of these recently and could not pass on the 25 GBP bid price. The coin is the one I have shown above, so no new post series for this one. I think the coin is better in hand than the seller's pics or mine (shown on blue).

In the sale, I thought two of the Graces were facing away. On further inspection, only the middle one is facing away.

I'm resurrecting @zumbly's old thread because I finally acquired a Three Graces coin and it's a double die match to his coin :)

Lovely coin! And isn't it fun when your coin is a die-match to a friends?

Fantastic coin... I especially like the full legends and beautiful patina. A great match for Z's fantastic example!
