The OP coin is similar to this one, an Indian Kushan coin of Soter Megas:

Kushan Soter Megas (AD 80-100) Bronze Tetradrachm

Obverse: Bust with radiate royal headband and holding sceptre
Reverse: Mounted king, Greek legend which translates as "King of Kings, Great Savior"
    Bronze, 21mm, 8.25gm

These coins come in many different types.

The Kushan Empire covered Afghanistan and Northern India from about AD 30-230.

Soter Megas was only identified as the Kushan king Vima Takto in the 1990's.
