Is anybody getting the bronze First Lady medals?

I'm too broke to collect the gold First Lady coins, but I did order a couple of the bronze medals from the mint site. They are only $3.50 a pop, and I was getting a set of Prez proofs, so what the heck.

Here's a question though: These medals are supposed to be 1 and 5/16" in size. I wanted to put the spouse medals in a Dansco album of some sort, but wasn't sure if they make albums for the medals. I think this diameter would be pretty close to a dollar coin? Think I could get away with using blank dollar coin pages for displaying these???

I grabbed a couple. cheap, good gifts.

Maybe the mint will stop selling them at 200 or something haha.

Maybe when the $5 gold martha goes over 600% increase in 2 months, people will give up and go for the medals. :)

The medals are the same size as the Presidential Dollars.

No, they are the same size as the small medals the Mint offers. They are not the size of the presidential dollars. I wish they were.

It's an ugly coin year. Doesn't anyone at the Mint have any artistic skill?
