1995 P LMC DDO/DDR, filled "IBE" in Liberty OBV, possible new variety?

So I've come to find some interesting new coins that I plan on getting graded as soon as my PCGS membership renews, and this one I think is the best yet. A 1995 P Lincoln Memorial CentE with doubling on obverse and reverse. Difference with this one is the "IBE" in Liberty is filled in. Has all the die scrapes on the obv and reverse like the cherry picker version of the DDO/DDR 1995

What it looks like is a bit of a greaser. The filled letters result in weak or missing devices. This is pretty common. Both the obverse and reverse dies are worn leading to deterioration doubling. The reverse also looks to have mechanical damage. Unfortunately, no true doubling on the coin. I recommend putting it into a flip rather than spending money on a third party. There’s no real premium in the coin.

I agree with Kevin with what is seen with die deterioration, Remember that usually many dies are used , so after all is done, each year/date/mintmark can have several different combinations with some dies showing characteristics which seem to show doubling but missing some die features that the guides mention. That is why one should show at least one copy of the full obverse face and one of the reverse for the best possible identification, not just a possible single marker. So if an internet site or a reference book shows just one coin view of the " WOW" part, it needs to be referenced with additional study. I think Coppercoins.com is by far the best for most on cents. Your poll is missing the option for "neither" - Struck through grease in Liberty I would say.

Oh my, that's a lot on one coin. It usually takes two or three coins for that, maybe four coins, even. IDK, a buck three eighty? Just estimating. Could be higher or even lower depending on how the grade comes in. Why don't you spend the fifty bucks and get it graded? Make sure you tell them what it is, they may not know it, a lot of times they don't know it. They put that on the slab, though, at least around a buck three eighty, eighty five, thereabouts, easy.
