A figure seated on a curule chair is usually the emperor rather than a deity, so yours would be RIC 212 :
Rome mint, AD 190. O: M COMM ANT P FEL AVG BRIT P P, laureate head right. R: P M TR P XV IMP VIII COS VI, Commodus, togate, seated left on curule chair, holding branch in right hand and sceptre in left hand.

I'm curious @zumbly I'm learning so still a little slow hunting down ID. Even though the autospell kinda messed mine up still get what I was attempting to type out. You came up with RIC 212 while I came up with RIC 210.
I found what I ID'd with on vcoins.
Did I not scroll enough or did you find it elsewhere? Again I'm only curious not doubting. Still learning.

I usually hit cngcoins.com or acsearch.info for preliminary searches, and verify what I find against the actual references if I have them (in this case, RIC). I seldom use Vcoins for identification help unless I come up empty elsewhere... there are many sellers on Vcoins and some of them are much less accurate in their attribution of coins than others.

CNG's search shows up two examples of RIC 212:

As I mentioned in my post, deities are not typically shown seated on curule chairs. This link doesn't show RIC 210 (I couldn't actually find any examples of this online), but you'll notice in the examples the difference of the chair that Pax is seated on compared to the OP coin, and also what a typical "Pax seated with caduceus and branch" looks like:

OK I also just noticed Zumbly has reverse as emperor Commodus.
What I was attempting to type was this variety RIC 210 does indeed have Pax on the reverse.
What I meant to type was:
COMMANT PEEL AVG. BRIT P P
    Commodus laureate head right
    Rev: PM TRPXV IMP VII
Pax seated left on corule chair, holding branch and caduceus

We still have the problem with PEEL. Certainly the small letters and less than perfect preservation can make things read oddly but we need to have more than one coin before declaring a new variety based on a smudgy letter. PEEL is short for PIVS FELIX so there is no reason here not to read P FEL. I assume omitting COS VI was just an accident since you had it earlier.

I often type things like TRPXV but for the sake of consistency with the rest of the legends as you listed them, you might want to add the spaces giving TR P XV or drop the one leaving PP. I tend to think of abbreviations like TRP and PP as one unit so I don't need the spaces to feel comfortable. I wish I were more consistent on such things.

You're correct @dougsmit . I went back to vcoins to look at it. I transposed the P FEL incorrectly then just omitted COS VI.
Be it just an oversight or I was up way after my bed time, either way, I missed it.
