What is it about the coin that made you think it was a capped die?

It looks more sunken all the way around both sides than other ones I looked at (Sunken may not be the proper term). I saw somewhere this particular coin has a capped die error. So I thought I could get some education on what to look for. I need to join a coin club maybe to further my education.

This coin is a very early die state
    Very well struck

Wish all my coins look like this minus the bumps and bruises

I suggest you search for capped die on the internet. You will see many examples.
