How many damn initials and mint marks are on that thing? Jeez. I'm pretty sure they stole my original 1986 design of Liberty's right thumb. Is there room for a CC on that thing?

I'm being obtuse intentionally but why not put it where it "normally" is on a coin instead of putting someones initials there?
