Significance of Avatar green corner

Will someone please explain the green strip on some members avatar?

I think it just means the member is logged in.

 

Is it the "Supporter" banner?

 

Larry is correct. It gives you the opportunity to have a live conversation with another member. It is on the upper left hand corner of the avatar.

 

I am logged in but I do not see a green corner. Idhair has a green corner

Thank you Larry. I thought it meant a member changed their avatar. Didn't read anything in the rules section that explained it.
