Dirty & maybe some environmental grunge. I've had luck with verdicare getting that black stuff off. I know others have used other stuff & have other opinions, but that's mine.
Cents minted after 1982 are made of Copper Plated Zinc. The composition of these Cents are really bad and because of it you get Plating Blisters/Bubbles and Zinc Rot which I see on your date and Mintmark. The rest is a result of Environmental Damage. Sorry not an error coin.
I'm not trying to sound mean or anything, but what's up with all of the new members who are good looking women in their pictures? They all seem to have the same theme, error coins that aren't errors. Real women or trolls? Again, not being mean, just pointing it out.
