71-S SP PPL ? Ike with rev. MDD

Still in OGP, trying to make up my mind if I should try to remove the haze when I set it free. In the meantime maybe some of the seasoned Ike gurus can assess if it'a possible PPL or a FPL? Thanks in advance.
